I just hope this hold-up is just them stalling again (or they are actually renegotiating the price and maybe in the end change their mind), let's face it they've stalled the last 2+ years, in particular when the receivers was in the meeting with the mayor which we thought was to accept the release of $30M REAL out of the $44M REAL owned to them by the state government to allow them to recommence production but we've since found out it was to reject the offer and stop any further negotiation.
