At sub 20 every IO producer is losing money . Thus supply will fall rapidly and the price will rebalance. Simple laws of demand and supply
MgX only have 35 m to spend including continegency as that it approx 2 quartets of IH cash flow . They aren likely not going to deep below 420 m cash peak draw down so I would say not much to worry about
