There you have it. Yufeng Zhuang now has defacto control over Diatreme (obviously with colleagues). The question now is whether this (alleged by me) group of investors will offer a buyout or will on sell. Should they opt for a buyout I think the price will be a tad higher , but not very much. I'm not certain here but I think it would have to be close to Beers valuation. Should however they opt for an on sell the sp increase will be considerable. For mine I think the path they would follow would be buyout then on sell. This is pure speculation of course. In fact they may opt none of the above and develop the mines themselves either with investor or borrowed money or a JV partner. Whichever way I remain quietly confident of a price increase. Keep the faith.
