Yep, I think he's justifiably pleased, but he's never struck me as arrogant.
Oddly enough I find in my experience that true professionals at the top of their game rarely are.

Why? They truly love what they're doing.
I think the AZS team are really enjoying themselves, it started at Cascada and it happened at Alacran and now they just keep on hitting goals with a lateral thinking, innovative, collaborative style. IMO.
It's the antithesis of top down, command and control large companies.
