I think everyone understands that, except you are not taking into account the potential value of the acquisition that they are taking on the reason why they are doing a capital raise if the asset is of high value then we are no worse off or we could be even better off, if they cant capital raise then the deal wont get done.

My guess is its already gone out to possible sophisticated investors already and most have been taken up it will be interesting to see either way.
