sorry, did not see your post the other day. Yes I saw the director trades and I presume they were part of a special crossing that appeared for 5.0mil shares the day. Looks like it was all prearranged and there was possibly another holder that was involved in the sale. No doubt the purchaser was happy buying, as it was about a $10.0mil purchase. I think I saw one of the directors exercised some of his 20cps options since.
