Yes but the return on the auto business is much better than the branch network, if they can sell it off with the associated admin support it puts the company in a much better position with the capital reinvested in the auto business . Plus it's likely to get re-rated when not associated with pay day / short term loans & debt finance will become available again from the big 4 banks.
