RCee...I think you are on right track...since last CR .Management
seem to be more relaxed about operational status..despite
the unresolved..'company maker' issue of the validity of
existing Permits..now subject to at the very least a 'clumsy"
and ill-thought out "Legislative' challenge by incompetent beauracrats
with no "industry' grounding.Hopefully, such an observation
will be also form the basis of any up coming judicial assessment....
