The macho Super Soco bikes certainly add an extra dimension to the delivery/ ride share scooter line up.
I'm very glad to see Charles putting his toes in the water before jumping into a full merger. His enthusiam
for expansion through acquisition has cost him and other shareholders dearly in the past.
A nice long courtship makes a lot of sense. Operating side by side for a while will also make valuation of the components very transparent if there is to be a merger.
