I doubt he has the power to do this certainly not the intension, but since the price is so low cause management aren't releasing "fake news" adding he knows the potential of DTS he added buying on open market shares cause this company is taking all the huge tier 1 projects, so why he won't take the opportunity with this ridiculous low share price?
