To be fair the one redeeming aspect is if they try to go for some type of low cost positioning at the budget end of the market - and go for cheap.
That will not include one of the large enterprise players at all (All Ords) so would be your 10-100 seat crowd. Tough business..
Which could work short term but margins will be a race to the bottom if others enter, and if there is a major data breach in Australia (more or less a certainly in time) as I say, good luck..
