I have confidence in the CEO, he has delivered and continues to deliver. He hasn't over promoted the deals rather state the opportunity ahead. Keep the momentum going and nice rewards should come from those who wait. Again I like the interest you are taking @Dazedandconfused really hope one day you can see some positives in the progress they are making.
