Under the corporation act 608(1) the Zero Nominees Pty Ltd company if they were increase holding over 5% and are then required to give a notice form 603 (Notice of initial substantial holder), they will have to disclose the person/s entitled to be the registered holder and the nature of their relevant interest.
If IGO is behind Zero Nominees Pty Ltd, highly likely, in my opinion they would be silly to go over 5% and show their hand now.
It makes better sense for them to wait back and see what unfolds in the upcoming 15 assay results and the further assay results in the greater Area D and then make a takeover bid.
Whichever way you look at it, a take over while drilling Area D or us finding the next Nova would equate to a substantial premium on the table to take control of LEG!
