Its coming up to 1 month since hearing so unless a long wait is normal, they must have a lot to consider and weigh up? Better than a quick decision the next day with a firm NO.  Will it be more of a balanced human decision and not just a arbitrary strict interpretation of the law as the gov would usually come off the victor unless their lawyers made a total testable hash of the ban but that seems unlikely. Lakes has had their day in court, lets hope that a reasonable outcome for MOST of Victorians is possible.
