Big risks as a minority shareholder, as your interests (higher shareprice) are no longer intrinsically alinged with the directors interests. Hanking have nominated two directors, Mr Yang Jiye and Mr Tang Wenbin, who will join Dr Mark Qiu, to give complete control of the company to Hanking. Independency will be gone from the board and Mr Garry Mills and Mr Tony Patriz will be effectively powerless. It would be naive to believe that once the board restructure occurs that Hanking will not divest/diverge PGO assets to other Hanking subsidiaries at values that will suit Hanking and not PGO.
