Well the pay out must be in play, its not an if in my opinion. Its just a matter of how the payout happens. A settlement is the easiest way if not then its a bankruptcy which I would imagine will take longer.

The only reason there will be no payout would be is the Singapore 3 don't have any assets to sieze/sell.

So maybe what this volume is telling us is that settlement is not likley?

Remember, Cosimo only needs to advise the market of a material event, given the promises made early last year of payment by these clowns I would think Cosimo would be cautious of announcing anything until a deal or event is complete.
