I have a slightly diff perspective ......
STO has been a doggie for >15yrs ......in terms of its economic rtns .........
any decent oil co makes >25% roe in "normal times" ........
excld the write-offs, STO is a 8-11% in normal times, and 15% in good times .....
it is most interesting that Habour - is using basically 100% debt to make the offer, and essentially allowing large hodlers that want to remain in - that opportunity .....(basically - STO is a long-dated call over the oil price) ..
wil be interesting to see how it plays out...
