You’re way out of line with some of these comments.
Why would one factor royalty obligations into the share price valuation without also considering value that would be obtained from a revenue-producing mine in such a scenario? It makes no sense
And how can you say Cape Coal is offloading unwanted assets into BCB when CC is accepting ~50% of sale price in escrowed scrip. A sale that’s detriment to BCB shareholders would be detrimental to Cape Coal shareholders too
Cape Coal Directors are the largest shareholders in BCB. The fact they continue to buy on market and are happy to accept escrowed BCB scrip in lieu of cash, suggests they’re true believers in the BCB story
