Seems a fair offer to me but I will be snooping as I don't think anyone can.
I wonder if the $50-60 new normal oil price theory will break in the next few months. If so Linda's offer will look weak, I am in no hurry to do anything.
I try to trade less than 7% of my portfolio per annum, a takeover saves brokerage which is nice.
