This is a strange stock...
NM has 100 million shares that with NTA should be worth at least $20 mil yet they preside over a SP that keeps grinding down...all I van think is they must want to acquired as much of the DGR script as they can before they monetise the assets.. and I don't see converting cheap options and paying themselves back with the money via salaries as exactly supporting the company. How long will it go on...are they going to try and take it private?
Is there anything stopping an aggressive TO at 25c of DGR by someone who wants the SOLD stake...?
