Timesystem please read the Heads of Aggreement document. I think you will see that TNO have acquired an amazing deal for a very small cost. Also please see the HOA aggreement and see that these 35 million shares shall be issued over a long time frame. So to suggest that TNO have a current market cap of 60 million is wrong, misleading and totally untrue. The way these 35 million shares are trickled out over a long time frame means that they will have a very small impact on the market cap or share price in the short to medium term. I do realise that you probably haven't read the HOA in detail so you are probably not aware of how and when these 35 million shares will be issued. It's an easy mistake to misinterpret if you haven't read the HOA in detail. The current market capitalisation of TNO according to Comsec is 29 million.
