I was not around much of the day so happened to come in here to see anyone 'understand' why NST was aggressively sold down from the all time high.

Previous high delineated by the red arrow has confluence from a swing perspective on the 50% Fibo technically not a derived ratio but I see a lot of reversal off this mark. Yellow arrow shows the breakout of that high then pullback and supported as a "new" support. The green arrow price action today was where price was taken down to that pullback candle low as the stops were fired and bulls soaking up the sell stop orders. Maybe you can perhaps post the VWAP for today and see if volume below that swing low (6.22) was significant. It will give some clues if there is a lot of buying support.

Technically speaking this is a credible setup for a pullback reversal back in the direction of the trend on today's pin bar. I will be looking for a price rally from tomorrow as confirmation the market is seeing the same setup. It is a 10+% pullback so for NST this is significant.

In addition, previous swing high -low from 6.3 to 5.57 in cents (73) and extended from current high 6.97 comes in at 6.24 so confluence to the closing price. Ducks are aligned for a reversal with so many technical indicators confirming what I am seeing but until it does, all I've got is the odds saying so. I might consider getting some from tomorrow but I live by each day as the US markets can swing up or down in a 700 points range like it is normal! Thus you see that reflected in the gold price as it sideway range. Rangebound markets are very difficult to make decisions because it sucks you up then do the opposite the next day and repeat.
