There was a reason why the technical advisory panel was brought into the equation - refer to Ann 22/3..... in my opinion, one of 2 possible outcomes: 1. Selling off Riqueza to fund Cerra Project as that is where the beef is. 2. JV partner for Riqueza project. I doubt there is a takeover of ICG as today's announcement would have been more explicit. Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there 300m shares put into placement after the last AGM? I'm only speculating that this may be the 'consideration' for further funds. This to me suggests that there were interested parties going back a while, hence the placement, then the advisory panel.... interesting?!?!? DYOR
