Also, a non holder says it’s worth peanuts- so why didn’t he or she take a stand and support it by buying in- oh yeah- they were making profit on other selling other companies to outside influences!

I have been an investor in Santos for quite a while. I support everything YourDudliness said.

I have been the biggest critic of our directors on this site. Now I know why they reneged on paying a dividend. As far as I am concerned they don't give a shite about share holders (they said so in one of their announcement - they placed share holders last on their priorities list) and again, it appears that they have been talking for months without informing the market.
Meantime - all of their incentives at $6 are in the money and they are willing to tell the market. If they accept this pathetic offer or support it, they are selling share holders and Australia off.
