Certainly Empire channeled a lot of money it raised as a public company through to Barola for the ‘barite adventure” which came to nothing except for getting the Brimstone share of Penny’s Find back ...then it sold out of Barola leaving Mandara with the full 40% of Penny’s .....
and currently they are not paying their share of debts and the interest on the loans Empire has made to them to cover this is very high
