get out while you can

hi guys
i am not a financial adviser or an accountant and this is not advice its just how i see it
i have so many friends on here and sooo sad to post this
i once had faith in this company and technology
i have been to so many agms where i met many of you thanks to earnie
it appears to me that years and years of promises and time frames have not been met
and i am being kind so i dont get sent off
$500,000 would possibly pay staff wages another 500000 would take you through to the next agm where does the money come from to complete the plant
any suitor would be stupid to contribute to that risk
please correct me if i am wrong capitalisation around 6 m odd
if i were a director or in the exective i would be more interested in collecting my wages/benifets
than the share price. why would you sell now
my understanding is -- and i could be wrong
if i wait till the company goes into liquidation and that is an assumption
then i would have to wait till it is wound up to claim a loss or capital loss and that could take years
i hope i am way out of line and this does not happen but can anyone explain how or y my assumptions are wrongand i am very happy to be wrong
