Huyton, ur exchange rate seems unrealistic for AUDUSD? 1.3 more like 1.2 given NPV calculations and the spread rate.
I make it more like $5.64 AUD and 33.6 cents special dividend so all up $5.976 AUD with a little more say 10 cents of value due to the offer having been made and the positive increments towards the acquisition date. Aus residents could have 12cents AUD of value due to these franking credits attached. So $6.09 AUD perhaps with a little stretch factored into that.
$1.3 as a conversion rate does not take into account FX spread, TVM and FIRB approval etc IMHO.
