Been articles in Poland for a while about JSW taking over certain assets of priarie mining. This may be the motivation, I have been burned a few times before with Home governments stepping in after a lot of the hard work done, this may be another case.
Also there were hints to give back to polish company at one stage.
If the government were keen to get the projects up it would have already issued the MOE or assisted in the process. So next week or month could be interesting. It will break one way or the other, hard to tell with current info.
If someone has access to any polish articles that they can post would be good as well.
