Let us look at some simple numbers
Current Taurus offer $0.90 per share
Values Realm resources @ approx. $220M
Of which $186M is already owned by Tauras
And other shareholders S34M
If Taurus were to offer all other shareholder $1:80 per share = Cost of $68M
If accepted Taurus would hold 100% of the company for 186 + 68 = $254M
This is would be a cost approx. $1.04 per share
This would be a bargain when the Target Statement valued it at between
$1.62 to $1.92 per share
So come on Taurus let see a realistic price above $1.80
