I like the plan to produce organic infant formula. It will take about 3 years to convert farms to organic; 17m litres fresh milk, if all using for producing dry powder, could up to 2m tins, around $55m annual revenue, would need much more fresh milk to fetch BAL level. The capex needs to build production facility and apply for China CNCA licence, it also takes time. The most importance is the management team ability and past performance records.
It's up to own assessment, imo.
