"On 14/15 March 2018, four members of the Senior Management Team – Peter Delaney (Chief Technology Officer), Rob Pattie (Research and Development Manager), Peter Pavlicek (Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs), and Tony Dobson (Chief Accountant) – provided letters of resignation to the Company. At around the same time, Andrew Froude (General Manager Pre Clinical Research) also indicated that he could no longer work with the current Board. His formal resignation was provided to the Board on 27 March immediately upon his return from overseas.
It is noted that, immediately upon receipt of the earlier resignations and for nearly two weeks thereafter, Ian Mann urged the Board to disclose this information to the ASX for the purposes of keeping the market fully informed."
