The company dealt with the oversubscription by increasing the shares on offer. This means all applications would have been filled hence no one looking to top up today. Even the half cent margin will be enough to tempt some sellers to stag the issue although at half a cent it would be more fawn than stag.

Once the upgrade is in place, the sp should rise, provided the copper price behaves itself. In the short term, the buy side is much stronger than the sell side so I see a good chance of a move back up towards 12.5c by middle of next week.

The news on the uranium front is good but we will need a reversal of the QLD govt position on mining before I would expect much of an impact on the sp from the Deep Yellow JV.

My sister and I have invested $5,000 each in the spp. Our initial target is 19c within six months.
