Just to clarify a few things:
Catapult has raised A$159m since going public (including the IPO). Of this $89.6m went to pay for acquisitions and the rest ($69.4m) has been raised for general corporate purposes.
So before this cap. raising yesterday, they have churned thru $44mill in past 3 yrs.
That is not an unreasonable number for a Global Leader trying to build a sustainable business...
Happy to say I don't think they'll need to raise any further capital now.
The instos that got the placement yesterday are the ones that will clean up if they are new to the register.
