Nothing argues well at the moment...

We have asked for the share registry to be sent over(legally any share holder can ask for it to be sent)from F&H and they have refused

Lucky Phil asked legal advice on this and they can with hold if they think that by obtaining the registry we would not keep to the rules of disclosure, in other words they think we would contact holders to support whatever we have in action.....

HHHHMMMMMMM, stinks....

They have also said that NO existing share holders are buying the mine.....

They have had problems with a Brazilian bank from moving forward, although they are progressing the bank are slowing things???

They seem to think after the sale our letters will be issued for tax losses.....and it is still in their opinion that sh's stand to lose everything....

The price of NI? this is what they will use to take a low ball offer(imho)in their words"who knows what NI will do?"
This seems like a kop out excuse and Donald Friggin Trump has just helped them by taxing metals..

Legal meeting moved from 6th to 9th........
