The way I saw is no significant holding change announcement meaning not much share holder sign up for it. My own conviction is the deal will fall off and sure as they expected share price will fall. Just to fall to how much. I calculated some of the big boys average price is around .75. so it may be worse 65-75
For long term,it will be above $1
I may buy more when it falls.
