He's communicated that he's working a deal several times formally and informally through email replies to holders here. If it's true and he gets it done we may see some cents in the dollar returned through the new vehicle. If he doesn't it's our dough done. Any class action would be costly and drawn out and can only hinder any new deal. He's not going anywhere or starting anything new, so give him the time as you have nothing to lose as an investor at this point already. If he popped up on another venture somewhere, different story.

Onviously can't communicate anything until signed and sealed, so let goh do the sweating, we will be laughing if he can pull it off.
