What I heard was
Lochinvar: Third parties aren't interested. In open discussions, but demand simply isn't there.
Otago: We're exploring an area that was previously stripped for its gold, and managed to find some low grade soil samples in the area
Redmoor: Things are happening because SML are our 50:50 JV. In order for it to remain 50:50 NAE will be required to source a significant amount of capital. Will likely be an underground operation
MC: Valued as a shell. I think that says enough.
