    Why do you hold this opinion? It sounds like your stating a fact, yet nothing has been said by management regarding any attempt to sell this asset, so how do you know how much it could be sold for? All communication has been around obtaining a JV partner or investors for funding options to advance the project.

    Any talk of how much it could be sold for is pure speculation.
