I'm in today. Blood on the street = time to buy (hopefully).
If Morgan-Stanley have lowered the price target - I guess that means they would like to see the price go lower while they load up.
Anyway, I see it as $0.38 * 3 dividends in the next 13 months. So on my entry at $11.30 - that will be ($0.38 * 3 / $11.30) / 0.7 = 14.4% franked up yield - and who knows maybe a bonus dividend, and maybe capital gains on share price. We will see. Just can't see too much downside, but have been wrong about that many times before...
