The unseen upside always lay in the exploration potential of the leases along strike and not very far from the mine site. Brimstone as the past operator earning a majority interest had the geological insight and identified these targets but was taken over by Lion Gold of Singapore who lacked any exploration or mine development ability whatsoever and let ERL take back control who are not so exploration skilled.

There is still time to conduct such exploration to add resources but that takes a different skill set.
