I also grabbed the extract, a few interesting entities in the 20 or so that take up the ownership of Everest. I would imagine that there are a few who take the opportunity to liquidate their positions after having held for several years but I'd guess that the majority will be waiting to do so at somewhat higher levels when a project is announced.

If I was the one in control of the timing of a project injection then I'd be thinking that a pause here to let any unaligned Everest holders off the bus would be the best course of action. Wait for any who appear to want a quick out to leave and then come out with the value adding event. Last thing you want is for the value adding event to used as a liquidity event.
