This really will be one for the ages, i think there many elements of being dealt with in "bad faith".... I am not entirely sure laws can be applied retrospectively either, so the fact that they have indicates alot of interesting arguements to be made.

I've been watching and lurking for a while and I think this is just an amazing situation unfolding. I hold a small holding as I won't some skin in the david vs goliath style fight thats just about to come to a close. Much respect to those of you who've hung in there this long.
