The idea that there could be an anarcho capitalist is a bad joke. I can't believe you would think I am that dumb.
As in my previous posts I have said I don't think trying to sketch an ideal society is democratic, desirable, possible or neccessary but criticising things should allow for a process of continual change.
The reason there has not been a solution found is that no one is looking and a tiny minority of extremely wealthy have gone to extreme lengths to confuse the fact that most everyone's interests are the same. All the things Noam Chomsky said about manufacturing consent are clearly true.
It's not a difficult problem, like compared to building a car, sending a satellite to space, an airplane a gas turbine or smartphone. Those are some real tricky problems.
Having an equitable society on the other hand is real simple and an absolute no brainer, more than that we need to do it or we are all *ed.
It's a relatively new thing this distinction between wage slavery where people are forced to rent themselves in exchange for food and shelter (until they are too old to be useful) and chattel slavery where food and shelter are provided for you.
In fact back when these terms were in use in the U.S the wage slave often laboured under worse conditions but of course the civil war victors wrote the history.
The really terrible wage slavery is in third world countries but anyone compelled or coerced to work in any form is being subjected to slavery are they not? It's only a matter of degree but there is very little choice or freedom in the matter.
If you ask the anarchist what the world's biggest problem is they will say slavery where a communist would say poverty. That's the fundamental difference between the two.
Will you hold SHJ up to $3, if so you will be kicking my ass and I will be applauding your moxy.
When the boss says I can go surfing for a month without giving notice then I will call if wage freedom, in fact I am pretty close to negotiating that point now and would highly recommend it.
Everyone should have it and then we would have to find ways to get rid of the shitty jobs no-one wants to do. I don't think it would be particularly difficult or expensive.
