I totally agree ... single digit or single share transactions are pure rubbish ... BOT trading is for "tossers" and should be banned. Why is this so difficult?
But I would rather focus on TBR and RND. When does a publicly traded company get called out as being a private enterprise? Yes ... I know ... if you don't like the company, don't own their shares, but there must be rules. You speak of market integrity rules Esh, but there is nothing illegal in buying at the bidder's price even if it is 40% lower than the last sale. The problem here is that our share ledger has become so illiquid that shares are not changing hands in a publicly traded fashion. At what point does the ASX intervene?
