Locality Planning Energy Holdings Limited (ASX: LPE) (the Company) is pleased to announce that a debt facility has been secured. The company now has the ability to fully fund the capital infrastructure expenditure to reach the 450GWh target of energy under management.

Initial Facility is for $10 million at interest rate of 7.9%pa
Full funding of the capital infrastructure requirements to achieve 450GWh
Security is by way of Company Guarantee on the individually deployed infrastructure.
