Small Parcels

Since 98% of our shares were taken from us at nil value (in the way of a transfer), as there are now so many of us who now own non-marketable parcels (or otherwise very small parcels), it will be interesting to see how many in PDN's next annual report. The company will somehow need to address this issue, as the brokerage fees deem selling not worthwhile. I expect that sometime in the future there will be a mechanism for those of us with non-marketable parcels to dispose of same.

I am not an accountant but in my humble opinion the transfer on 1st February, to me, was a 2018FY capital loss. I don't believe that it was not a consolidation of shares, as the company has keep the same number of shares on issue.

Please don't rely on me on this issue, but get your own advice on this matter!
