Agreed mate ! - having been to the highland assets many years ago - subsistence farming was then still the norm .....I do think that OSH most defintly tries to better the lives of ordinary PNG peoples, and so - when its safe to do so - the project will go back to full steam ahead ..............as you note - its arguably STO's best asset in terms of returns .......imho - the wa gas asset is "better" in terms of cash generation versus capital spent (but doesn't have the operational lev to chg in commodity price......)
