So they need extra incentive rights to do the job (better)?
Give me a break. What a farce.
They could take shares in lieu of salary, like other people (in many industries), if they believe in the company. But just giving them millions of extra shares for free in order to work a job (above their normal salary and other bonuses already), is laughable.
Where is the JV announcement?
