Here's an interesting FACT from the COGCC - the State reporting entity to which all production must be reported

For ALL FREMONT COUNTY OPERATORS the TOTAL REPORTED OIL PRODUCTION
for ALL CY 2017 = 15,471 Barrels of Oil
for ALL 2H 2017 = 4,941 Barrels of Oil
Jul = 1,331
Aug = 1,051
Sep = 616
Oct = 465
Nov = 664
Dec = 814

And if you are thinking that FPL is the only producing operator in Fremont county ... you would be wrong.



FPL and its acquisition IOC accounted for 6,111 (out of 15,471) Barrels of Oil in CY 2017

And in 2H of 2017, FPL+IOC reported production of 430+0 = 430

COGCC also has strict reporting requirements (as production reporting drives production tax collections). FPL has not reported any production for IOC from Apr - Dec. Last amount reported was Mar at 1,572 a decline of 4.6% from Jan. On that decline basis estimated 2H IOC prod of 8,492 to give total 2H of 8,922

So why wont FPL report their oil production? Not to ASX and not to COGCC either. Javernick reported theirs. It can't be that difficult (I mean what else is there to do)
