You cannot call Dempsey either way until it has been properly tested .
The well is not extremely expensive as some think , there has been no rig on site and in fact they have had small revenue from the gas flow while waiting .
The Market here just does not understand how competitive acreage accumulation in the USA can be and how much cat and mouse games are played in the accumulation process .There may have been all sorts of reasons for the delay .
Around 90 % of gas wells in the USA are now fracked .
This is a big structure with a lot of high pressure , pipeline quality gas in place next to infrastructure .
The jury is still out .Be patient , pundits are valuing it as a zero .They have been wrong before .
With news imminent on legal case , Dempsey testing , Tulainyo testing ( Alvarez implications ) any of which should materially lift the SP if positive I am happy in my overweight position in XST at the moment .
I am optimistic but nervous .It takes cojonies to go against the market .
